Pursuant to Federal law, we are required to provide you in writing with Disclosures in accordance with the Federal Truth in Savings Act ("Disclosures"). Due to these requirements, in order to remit your Security Deposit electronically (online over the Internet), we need your consent to the electronic delivery of Disclosures.

Please carefully review the following Notice and Consent Regarding Electronic Delivery of Disclosures and follow the instructions at the end to consent. If you do not consent, you cannot remit your Security Deposit electronically and the Disclosures required to be in writing will be provided through paper correspondence.

Description of Disclosures and Consent.
We are required to provide certain information to you in writing in connection with the Security Deposit Account that will be established with First PREMIER Bank, Sioux Falls, South Dakota once you remit electronically the required Security Deposit. By consenting to the electronic delivery of Disclosures, you agree that we may provide electronically the Truth in Savings Act Disclosures ("Disclosures").

Scope of Consent.
This consent applies to the receipt of electronic Disclosures with respect to the Security Deposit Account and does not apply to any future transactions that may occur between us.

Paper Copies of Disclosures.
You may also request a paper copy of the Disclosures provided to you electronically by writing us at First PREMIER Bank, P.O. BOX 5524, Sioux Falls, SD 57117 or by calling us at 1-800-987-5521. There is no fee for the paper Disclosures.

Withdrawing Consent to Electronic Delivery.
We are required by law to tell you that you may withdraw your consent to the electronic delivery of the Disclosures. However, please note that the Disclosures will already be provided to you electronically as soon as we receive your consent. As indicated above, this consent does not apply to any future transactions that may occur between us and all other disclosures, documents, or communications from us relating to your credit card will be provided to you in paper form, and not electronically. To withdraw your consent, or otherwise update information needed to contact you electronically, write us at the address set forth above or call us at the number set forth above.

Hardware and Software Requirements.
Before you consent to the electronic delivery of Disclosures, you should consider whether you have the required hardware and software capability to access and retain such information. To receive and retain the Notices and Disclosures electronically, you will need a version of Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox that is currently supported by its publisher and a computer or mobile device with an operating system capable of supporting this software. You will also need a printer capable of printing text screens or sufficient storage space to save data.
